Minecart (loaded)
The minecart (loaded) is an ore cart with a tiny 4-slot inventory that has the appearance of being loaded with coal.
It would be nice if the minecart could change its model depending on whether it has things in its inventory; this is probably possible in a custom_on_step handler.
