===== Extended description =====

  * This privilege allows placing trains on any track.
  * It also allows driving, removing or coupling trains created by anyone, regardless of whitelist or applicable protection.
  * It also allows updating the station name on [[usage:lines:stoprail|a Station/Stop track]] even when the name is already owned by someone else.
  * It does not allow placing tracks; see the [[usage:privileges:track_builder|Track Builder]] privilege.
